Kevin McCloud is looking to raise £50m to build beautiful and sustainable houses.
The presenter of Grand Designs is targeting investors with a five-year bond at a return of 4.8% a year.
He plans to use the funds to acquire the land to build 600 houses a year, mostly in the southeast. The homes will be a pleasure to live in, McCloud says.
