Eastbourne’s Fire & Rescue Service headquarters building has been sold for residential development to Spring Capital Management.
East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service had already received prior approval for the residential conversion of the 44,353 sq ft office building on Upperton Road.
The fire service will use the proceeds to invest in its exiting fire stations and service buildings.
SHW Agency/Development Consultancy advised the vendors.
