International law firm DAC Beachcroft has launched a search for a new 70,000 sq ft London HQ.
The firm has instructed Knight Frank to find a new office ahead of its 2019 lease expiry at 100 Fetter Lane, EC4.
The new HQ will see its existing two London offices consolidated into one base in the capital.
In addition to the entire 53,098 sq ft building at 100 Fetter Lane, the law firm also occupies 20,762 sq ft at M&G Real Estate’s 1 Minster Court, EC3.
The freehold of 100 Fetter Lane is owned by Bradley Investments, which acquired the building for £19m in 2002.
