Clearbell Capital has bought Edmund House in Birmingham for a price believed to be around £19m
Clearbell bought the mixed-use block, on behalf of a fund it manages, from a joint venture between Patrizia UK and funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management.
The 10-storey building includes 68,600 sq ft of office space and 10,100 sq ft of retail.
The office has been refurbished and is 50% vacant. Tenants include Regus, Woodrow Mercer and Vail Williams.
