Help to Buy contributes to a fifth of 2017 housing delivery
Data from Savills shows Help to Buy will support 20% of total UK housing sales in 2017, up from 18% in 2015.It predicts 39,000 homes this year will be underpinned by the scheme, compared to 33,724 in 2016.
However, momentum has also built up in terms of unsupported market delivery, with a massive increase from 66,273 in 2015 to a predicted 111,000 this year.
