GVA adds eight surveyors in Manchester

GVA has appointed eight new members of staff to its Manchester office.

Four of the new recruits have joined the building consultancy team and one has joined each of the investment, planning, development and regeneration, industrial and rating teams.

Senior building surveyor Elaine Glasgow, senior quantity surveyor Andy Brooks, quantity surveyor Rhian Griffiths, and building surveyor Fergus Lowry have joined the building consultancy team.

Matt Jones has joined the investment team as a surveyor; Ella Woodward has joined planning, development and regeneration as a development surveyor; Tristan Wooller has joined the industrial team as senior surveyor; and Toby Bolton has joined the rating team as a surveyor.

GVA regional senior director Chris Cheap said: “With the continued performance of North West property markets, there is a strong demand for our services across all sectors.

“It is part of our ethos to continuously invest in our staff and grow our teams. We are delighted to welcome all of our new starters to our Manchester office, who will strengthen our offer to clients.”
