Landid and Brockton Capital have leased space at their Thames Tower scheme in Reading, Berkshire, to computer software company Objective Corporation.
Objective will move from its current headquarters in Maidenhead, after signing for 7,000 sq ft on the 10th floor of Thames Tower.
Four other occupiers have already taken space in the 15-storey, 195,000 sq ft Thames Tower. Earlier this year HSBC signed for 9,500 sq ft; professional services firm BDO has taken the whole of the 12th floor; recruitment firm Austin Fraser has taken 14,040 on the ground floor; and Pret A Manger has taken space on the ground floor.
The project, designed by dn-a architects, saw the original 10-storey 1970s building stripped back to its frame, floorplates were extended and four floors added, creating an additional 62,000 sq ft of space.
The Landid/Brockton portfolio also includes the Charter Building in Uxbridge and the Porter Building in Slough. At the Porter Building, fintech firm Fiserv has taken the whole of the 28,600 sq ft first floor.
