Red Bull has placed 38,000 sq ft under offer at the Seven Dials warehouse in Covent Garden, WC2.
The drinks brand is close to leasing the entirety of the listed building, which is considered to be of national importance as a rare example of an industrial warehouse in central London.
It used to be the home of Facebook and prior to that, Expedia, before being bought and refurbished by CBRE Global Investors.
The building comprises six floors and has a 3,000 sq ft roof terrace.
Red Bull’s current headquarters comprises 20,484 sq ft at 155-171 Tooley Street, SE1, where it has a lease expiry in May 2019.
