Rob Bould joins software company Coyote

Real estate software company Coyote has appointed former chief executive of GVA Bilfinger, Rob Bould, as non-executive director.

The appointment closely follows the commercial launch of the new platform, which allows investment managers, owners, and managing agents the ability to analyse the market as well as track, manage and report the performance of their portfolios in real time.

Developed and used by M7 Real Estate and its clients for more than eight years, Coyote is a cloud-based platform that allows real estate professionals to create more value from their data via an integrated, customised dashboard which can be viewed from any device.

Oli Farago, who, having co-founded M7 Real Estate in 2009 and is now the chief executive officer and Chief Technology Officer at Coyote, said: “We are thrilled to have Rob on board, in what undoubtedly represents a major coup for our business, particularly at this nascent stage of our development. With over 40 years of experience in UK real estate, his expertise, business network and understanding of the market are incomparable, and I’m very much looking forward to working with him.

“Our company is ingrained in property and technology and the response we are receiving so far from the market has been fantastic. I’m sure Rob will help us grow our business and fulfil the enormous potential of Coyote in revolutionising the way the data is viewed, analysed, managed and reported in our industry.”

Bould said: “Throughout my career I have been fascinated by the relationship between technology and our industry, and how it has evolved from an enigmatic curiosity, to a fundamental, intrinsic part of improving the way we work.

“There is a consensus that the property industry has been slow adopters of new technology, and we are at the dawn of the prop tech zeitgeist. Over the next 20 years the industry will be transformed by advances in technology and I’m excited to be a part of one of the pioneers of this revolution.”
