FEC has opened its first regional office in Manchester to support its development of the 10,000 home Northern Gateway project.
John Connolly, head of UK development for FEC, said: “Since our UK operation commenced 2011, FEC’s development portfolio has grown considerably.
“We are focused on large-scale development projects across the UK, which will deliver thousands of new homes in the coming years.”
The new office is being headed up by Gavin Taylor who joined FEC in 2016 after being operations director for Beijing Construction.
