EY has appointment Helen Pratten as a partner in its real estate, hospitality and construction practice.
Pratten was previously a partner at KPMG, where she worked alongside Richard White, Richard Ross and Nicola Westbrook, who also joined EY earlier this year.
Pratten will focus on transactions and will advise UK and international clients across the real estate sector.
Separately, Mathieu Roland-Billecart, partner in the EY real estate corporate finance team, is to leave the company and return to his native France to lead champagne house Billecart-Salmon.
Pratten said: “It’s an exciting time to be in the sector with wider economic and political developments offering opportunities and challenges to the investor community.”
