Cromwell Property Group and Scarborough International Properties have been granted planning consent for a 50-acre residential project in Talbot Green, Wales.
The duo are the development and project manager for the Welsh government at the Cefn yr Hendy site.
Consent for 460 homes, ranging from one-bed flats to five-bedroom houses, had been granted, as well as ancillary retail and a primary school.
The residential scheme forms part of a broader £200m redevelopment of Talbot Green town centre by the partners, including 300,000 sq ft of retail and leisure.
Infrastructure works for the first phase completed in January and a 116,000 sq ft pre-let to Sainsbury’s has been secured.
Lunson Mitchenall and EJ Hales are letting agents at the scheme.
