Quintain appoints office agents at Wembley Park

Quintain has appointed Cushman & Wakefield, Dowley Turner and Savills to market more than 630,000 sq ft of office space at Wembley Park, north-west London.

The company has outline planning consent for Grade A office space across four buildings at the site.

Construction on the first building on Wembley Park Boulevard started in January 2017, after Quintain secured a 59,000 prelet, equating to 50% of the available space, from housing association Network Homes.

Wembley Park is home to the UK’s largest build-to-rent development with more than 4,000 homes either completed or under construction.

The four buildings marketed are:

WP1 – 113,000 sq ft on Olympic Way across 10 floors;

WP2 – 115,000 sq ft  next to Wembley Stadium, which is already under construction and 50% prelet to Network Homes;

WP3 – 260,000 sq ft across nine floors and includes a five retail units on the ground floor; and

WP4 – 145,000 sq ft on Wembley Park Boulevard across eight floors, with retail on the ground floor.

Jason Margrave, executive director of development at Quintain, said: “After launching our apartment rental business, Tipi, and completing more than 1,300 homes with 3,000 more under construction this year, the appointment of these agents has come at an exciting time for Quintain and Wembley Park, which will offer green spaces, shops, restaurants, bars, fitness and entertainment alongside a crèche, a planned new school and a GP surgery.”
