Quintain has appointed Cushman & Wakefield, Dowley Turner and Savills to market more than 630,000 sq ft of office space at Wembley Park, north-west London.
The company has outline planning consent for Grade A office space across four buildings at the site.
Construction on the first building on Wembley Park Boulevard started in January 2017, after Quintain secured a 59,000 prelet, equating to 50% of the available space, from housing association Network Homes.
Wembley Park is home to the UK’s largest build-to-rent development with more than 4,000 homes either completed or under construction.
The four buildings marketed are:
■ WP1 – 113,000 sq ft on Olympic Way across 10 floors;
■ WP2 – 115,000 sq ft next to Wembley Stadium, which is already under construction and 50% prelet to Network Homes;
■ WP3 – 260,000 sq ft across nine floors and includes a five retail units on the ground floor; and
■ WP4 – 145,000 sq ft on Wembley Park Boulevard across eight floors, with retail on the ground floor.
