Knight Frank has recruited HFW’s Justin Young as its new chief operating officer.
Young was formerly global chief operating officer at law firm HFW. Prior to that he was at Clifford Chance, where he was chief operating officer of its South East Asia operations. He also has experience of the corporate world and the IT and marketing sectors.
He will work alongside John Diggins, group finance director, focusing on developing the firm’s business services organisation.
Diggins said: “Justin brings a wealth of experience in leading and developing business services teams in multi-national organisations and I’m very much looking forward to working with him as Knight Frank progresses its new five-year group strategy.”
Young said: “This is a great time to be joining Knight Frank, as the firm is rapidly evolving to meet the future challenges of the real estate market.”
