Woking commercial property agency Curchod & Co has merged with the Farnham and Camberley offices Wadham & Isherwood, expanding its operations across Surrey.
Nick Reeve and David Bowen who manage the Farnham and Camberly offices will become partners in the expanded business.
Mark Isherwood, Peter da Silva and Peter Atkinson will continue to run the Guildford and Woking offices of Wadham and Isherwood, which are unaffected by the merger.
Ian Oswin, senior partner at Curchod & Co, said: “David, Nick and the wider team bring with them vast knowledge and experience of the markets in the Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire border areas and will allow the expanded business to bring new levels of service to all our clients right across the county and beyond.”
As part of Curchod & Co’s expansion, the firm’s Woking office is being relocated to Morris House, 34 Commercial Way, Woking.
