Gerald Eve’s Stephen Peers has resigned 18 months after leading the move of 36 Deloitte Real Estate transactional staff to the company.
Peers, who is currently a partner in the West End agency, will step down in April 2018.
He was formerly partner and head of transactions at Deloitte Real Estate.
In a statement, Gerald Eve said: “Stephen was instrumental in transferring transactional teams from Deloitte Real Estate 18 months ago and, having settled that group, has now concluded it is time for a new challenge.”
Simon Prichard, senior partner at Gerald Eve, added: “Stephen has contributed to our transactional growth since June 2016, we thank him for that and wish him well with all future endeavours.”
