Savills to offer seafront tower

A former coastguard tower on the seafront in Littlehampton, West Sussex, will go under the hammer at Savills’ first auction of 2018 on 13 February.

The building, with consent for conversion to tourist holiday accommodation, is guided at £115,000-plus.

Savills 259-strong catalogue also includes an opportunity to develop a two-bedroom penthouse apartment on a roofstop in Chelsea, SW10. The roof space is being sold at 1-13 Drayton Court with  planning permission for a 969 sq ft flat and a guide price of £565,000-plus.

Also on offer at the Marriott, W1, is a mansion block in Battersea, guided at £2.3m-plus. The block is arranged as seven flats and offers refurbishment or redevelopment potential.
