The joint administrators of East, Geoffrey Rowley and Phil Armstrong of FRP Advisory, have appointed Savills to advise on the retailer’s property portfolio in relation to the sale of the business.
Founded in 1994, the fashion retailer has a 32-strong store portfolio and numerous concessions across the UK, including sites in major cities and towns such as London, Oxford and Harrogate.
Cameron Bell, associate director in the retail team at Savills, said: “We are pleased to be working with the administrators to advise on East’s property portfolio and assist with selling the business as a going concern.”
