CBRE has appointed Chris Larkin as its chief development and transformation officer for EMEA and the UK.
Larkin, who will begin his newly created role on 1 March, will lead transformation programmes in the UK and EMEA and develop and execute initiatives that support and accelerate strategic growth, client service enhancements, business process efficiency and productivity.
He joins CBRE from Bigrock People Performance Solutions, of which he was the founder and managing Director.
Over the past three years Larkin has worked closely with the leadership and executive teams at CBRE on a number of strategic change management initiatives. His background prior to Bigrock was in insurance, banking and wealth management.
