US hedge fund York Capital Management has announced plans for a €250m initial public offering of what will be the first REIT targeting Ireland’s industrial property sector.
Core Industrial REIT will be led by by chief executive Daniel Donovan and chief investment officer William Redmond and has identified a €250m pipeline of acquisitions and developments to add to its current €80m industrial portfolio.
