HM Revenue and Customs has taken 112,256 sq ft across 13 floors of One and Two Telford Plaza in Telford, Shropshire.
It is paying landlord Telford Plaza UK £12.50 per sq ft on a term of 9-10 years.
The space will be used by HMRC to consolidate a number of existing offices.
