James Watson is leaving Graftongate for a new role as development director at First Panattoni.
Watson joined Graftongate in February 2017 as a development director. Previously he spent four years at niche agency DTRE and before that three years at Savills.
At Graftongate his clients have included Blackrock, L&G, Aberdeen Asset Management, Standard Life and Aviva.
Watson said: “I am very much looking forward to working in a dynamic rapidly expanding business.”
First Panattoni launched in the UK in September last year when European logistics company Panattoni acquired First Industrial.
