CBRE’s residential business has appointed Sebastian Wallis as an executive director in its UK development group.
Wallis joins from Knight Frank, where he was head of London and South East residential development valuations for 10 years.
In the residential valuations team he will work with lenders, developers and institutional investors.
Jason Hardman, head of residential valuations at CBRE UK, said: “His extensive knowledge of the sector, particularly across London and the South East, will add a further dimension to our business, helping to open up new opportunities and working strategically with the wider CBRE network.”
