Savills’ Dobson departs

Keith Dobson, director of Savills Scottish Business Space team, has resigned and left the company to pursue new ventures.

He will be replaced by Kate Graham, director, who will be based in the Edinburgh office.

Dobson, who established the commercial division of Savills in Edinburgh in 1997, has been heavily involved in the transformation of St Andrew Square in Edinburgh, where he advised Standard Life on the acquisition and redevelopment of the south side.

This scheme is fully let to a range of leisure tenants, and the Grade A offices are fully let to Aberdeen Standard Investments – the deal was the largest UK prelet outside London in 2016.

Nick Penny, head of Scotland, said “We wish Keith every success with his new ventures and will seek to reinforce our business space offer in the capital to reflect the investment we have made in our teams in Glasgow and Aberdeen of late.”
