Marcol is preparing to sell the offices at the Royal Exchange, EC3, one of the most recognisable buildings in London.
Michael Elliott and Cushman & Wakefield have been appointed to seek bids in excess of £47.5m – a 5.63% yield – for the 68,000 sq ft offices, which are multi-let to tenants including NTT Data.
The 51,000 sq ft retail element of the building, which is owned by Oxford Properties, is not up for sale.
