Turner & Townsend has appointed Patricia Moore (pictured right) as UK managing director and executive board member. Leading a team of more than 2,000 experts with an annual turnover of £200m, in her new role Moore will drive the continued growth of the UK business across real estate, infrastructure and natural resources.

Kent-based Harrisons Chartered Surveyors has appointed Dan Edwards (pictured second from right) as a senior surveyor. He previously held roles at Savills and CBRE.

Serviced apartment specialist Supercity Aparthotels has appointed Liz Devaney (pictured second from left) as group head of national sales. She joins as the business grows its property portfolio, with new openings in London, Brighton and Manchester. Devaney was previously at The Apartment Network.

Darran Lawless (pictured left) has joined Peel Land & Property as development director of its £5bn Liverpool Waters regeneration project. He takes over from Lindsey Ashworth, who retires following a 30-year career with the group in April.

Trident Building Consultancy has expanded its presence in the north-west of England making the following appointments. Paul Magill, senior building surveyor, Liverpool; Andrew Prince, assistant building surveyor, Liverpool; Daniel Lawson, assistant building surveyor, Salford; Tom Bailey, assistant building surveyor, Salford; and Sarah Fitzpatrick, secretary, Liverpool.

Sam Logan has joined Dorrington’s residential investment team from Cushman & Wakefield.

Be First, Barking and Dagenham’s pioneering regeneration and investment company, has appointed Caroline Harper as chief planner. She joins from JLL, where she worked with both private and public sector clients focusing on residential-led development in east and south London.

Pennyfarthing Homes has appointed Tina Chalk as sales and marketing manager. Benjamin Arnold joins as land and planning manager and Simon Willington as finance manager. Steve Tyrell has rejoined the firm as construction manager.

Oxford Properties has promoted Jonathan Ng-See-Quan, director, investments; Pierre Leocadio, director, investments; Antara Sundararajan, director, developments; Ioana Zaykova, associate, asset management; and Nick Sissling, associate, asset management finance.

JLL has made the following appointments in its Bristol office. Nicholas Rumble, director, residential development;  Michael Wong, associate director, building consultancy; Alexander Nell, associate director, planning and development; Tommy Thompson, associate director, project management; Aileen Wu, senior surveyor, alternatives; Rob Snook, senior surveyor, building consultancy; Luke Martin, project manager, project management; Tara Rogers, surveyor, building consultancy; and Simrat Biring, senior surveyor, rating.

Gerald Eve has recruited Jon Ryan-Gill as head of its Birmingham office and its Midlands industrial team. He joins from Knight Frank and specialises in industrial agency, tenant representation and land and development activity.

Northampton-based real estate investment and development business Barwood Capital has appointed Hugh Elrington as a board director and head of property. Elrington will take up the role in April, joining from Rockspring Property Investment Managers.

Legal & General Capital, the principal investment arm of Legal & General Group, has hired RBS’s former group treasurer John Cummins as the managing director of urban regeneration and clean energy.

Harold Benjamin has recruited Deborah Godfrey to its property development team based in London’s West End. Godfrey previously worked at Stepien Lake and has experience in acquisitions, disposals and lettings for both landlords and occupiers.

DM Hall has appointed Jonathan McManus as a new director of commercial agency, based in the Glasgow North office.

Harris Lamb has launched a new environment department, appointing ecologist and environmental impact assessor Holly Smith to spearhead the team. Smith joins from Ecus, where she led the environmental impact assessment team.

Carterwood has appointed Simon Greenstreet as a consultant. He will work with associate directors Tom Hartley and Matthew Drysdale to grow the sales and acquisition elements of the business.

Dacres Commercial has promoted Elisabeth Scull to director and will head up the commercial property management department.

Annabelle Christmas has joined the Nottingham office of JLL as an associate director in the development team.

London-based creative design agency graphicks has hired Claire Palmer Smith as head of creative strategy.

Outlet leasing and development specialist Chameleon Retail has appointed Adrian Taylor as leasing director. Taylor previously worked at Fashion House Group.

Ben O’Neill has been appointed commercial director at Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation. He will spearhead the delivery of new homes and jobs at the west London site.

Nick Trow has joined SDL Auctions Graham Penny as commercial auctions valuer to drive its growth in commercial property across the East Midlands.
