Partnership confirmed for Liverpool’s £200m Pall Mall

A joint venture between CTP, Kier Property and Liverpool City Council has been formally appointed to build the £200m Pall Mall scheme in Liverpool.

The jv will see redevelop the four-acre site to the rear of Exchange Station into 400,000 sq ft of offices, with ground floor retail space.

Mayor of Liverpool Joe Anderson said: “Liverpool is undergoing an unprecedented era of growth with £14bn of developments in the pipeline and the council is playing a huge role in enabling this regeneration.”

The scheme is subject to planning approval. An application is expected later this year.
