The Instant Group has appointed a former Vodafone global head of business development as managing director of its online platform for flexible workspace.
Ian Priestley, who has previously held roles at KPMG and Capgemini, will be responsible for developing Instantoffices.com, working closely with the sales teams to expand UK and EMEA market share, and develop relationships with clients and office operators.
John Duckworth, managing director for the UK & EMEA, said: “Over the past two years the flexible workspace market has experienced record growth and continues to evolve at significant pace.
“Ian’s expertise and track record of delivering strong results will help us navigate the next phase of our journey as we expand further across Europe and the Middle East.”
Priestley said: “The flexible office market is changing rapidly with significant increases in both the supply of space and the number of clients who need assistance in navigating the options that are available in the market.
“This role offers a fantastic opportunity to further expand Instant’s team as the global market develops and corporate occupiers procure more flexible space than ever before.”
