Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed Ryan Dean as its new national head of office advisory as the firm bolsters its occupier ambitions across the UK and Ireland.
Dean, who will be based in London, joined LSH a year ago following 12 years at Knight Frank.
He replaces Tony Fisher, who is relocating to head up LSH’s South West offices team in Exeter, Devon.
Dean has more than 15 years’ office advisory experience, with a strong focus on the South East, and will lead the division bringing together LSH’s national network of office agents across the country.
Fisher joined LSH in 2005 and has driven its office advisory expansion over 13 years.
His new role will see him focus on growing LSH’s South West footprint while identifying opportunities for the office division to capitalise on its growing corporate occupier business.
LSH said it currently has 134 live occupier clients and is marketing circa 20% of available office stock regionally.
The pair are due to begin their respective new roles on 8 May.
Ezra Nahome, chief executive at LSH, said: “While UK office deal sizes might be contracting, the market is beginning to show buoyancy again.
“This represents the perfect opportunity for us to utilise our scale – 31 offices nationwide – to provide granular knowledge and real-time local market office and occupier intelligence to clients seeking first-class advice.
“Ryan will operate at the helm and lead from the front to ensure our landlord and occupier clients receive a seamless service.”
