Avison Young has created a valuation team in its Manchester office with the appointment of two new directors.
Charles Ardern and Aaron Graham, both former partners at Knight Frank, will work with Peter Clarke, director of the valuation team in the London office.
Ardern joined after 13 years at Knight Frank, where he was head of the north west commercial valuation team.
The appointments come amid Avison Young’s continued growth in Manchester, where it now has a team of 38.
