Aprirose has appointed Daren Knipe as managing director to oversee its Milton Pub & Tavern portfolio.
The portfolio comprises 73 assets across the UK in England, Scotland and Wales. Knipe will work with LT Management Services, appointed by Aprirose last year to manage the assets.
He joins Aprirose from LT Management itself, where he was operations director for nine years, working for clients such as Punch Taverns and Enterprise Inns as well as PwC and a number of investment clients. Knipe also worked at a number of pub companies including Punch Taverns and S&N before joining LT Management.
Knipe said: “The acquisition of Milton Pubs & Taverns and the subsequent strategy for the asset management of these pubs is a sign of the more hands on approach Aprirose is taking with its portfolio. As Aprirose continues to go grow and evolve its business I look forward to playing a part in its development and to working with their best in class team to manage the portfolio.”
