Far East Consortium has expanded its London office with four senior appointments.
Nick Poon has joined the company as head of projects in London and Doris Lam as senior project manager. Both will report to John Connolly, head of UK development.
On the finance team, Amar Sharma has been appointed senior finance manager and Kiah Khing Tan as senior commercial manager.
FEC has grown its London team from seven to 17 staff members in the past 12 months and has also opened a regional office in Manchester.
In London, its projects include the £30m restoration of Hornsey Town Hall, N8, which will include 146 new homes – 11 of which will be affordable – and the £500m Alpha Square mixed-use development in Canary Wharf, E14, where it will deliver 634 flats.
Connolly said: “Since our arrival in the UK our portfolio has grown considerably.
“We are focused on large-scale development projects which will deliver thousands of new homes in the coming years.
“This is an incredibly exciting time for us, and the growth of our London team is instrumental in delivering these two key London projects, plus many more we have in the pipeline.”
