Retail and leisure investor NewRiver REIT has appointed Lunson Mitchenall to advise on Bexleyheath’s Broadway Shopping Centre and retail park.
It will act jointly with Jackson Criss, which which was already instructed on the scheme.
The agencies will work together to identify opportunities to improve the scheme’s retail-mix, long-term leasing solutions and scope for rental and capital growth.
The complex spans 524,100 sq ft, and represents more than 60% of the town’s retail space. Its current retailers include M&S, H&M, River Island, JD Sports and Boots.
