CR Investment Management has hired David Goldenberg from Aerium.
Goldenberg is joining in order to expand the investment activities of CR, which is “in the process of securing a number of large investment mandates to deploy into European real estate, most notably in Germany”.
During his time at Aerium as an associate director, Goldenberg transacted more than €350m (£308m) of real estate deals. He was previously an investment surveyor at Savills.
David’s focus will be to originate investment opportunities across all of CR’s markets. He will work closely with Stephen Benson, head of equity investment management and founding partner of CR.
CR’s platform operates across the UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Netherlands and Italy. It invests in both debt and equity.
Benson said: “David brings a wealth of experience across all the European markets and with our pan-European asset-management platform and access to capital, we are in a unique position to deliver holistic solutions that maximise value.”
