IFCO takes Warrington shed space
IFCO is to take 85,000 sq ft on a 10-year lease at Kingsland Grange in Warrington from Property Alliance Group.
It is the first site in the North West for the company, which provides reusable packaging for fresh foods.
Located four miles from Warrington town centre, the building is being refurbished prior to IFCO moving in next month and will be used for the cleaning and storing of reusable plastic containers for the retail sector.
It was occupied previously by Amazon.
The deal follows IFCO’s expansion plan as a result of recent contract wins.
