London Square has won planning permission for the second phase of its £120m town centre regeneration at Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey.
The second phase, designed by Assael Architecture, will include 104 homes alongside ground-floor retail and flexible working space around a new square.
The 260 homes that are part of phase one are under construction and due to complete in 2019, while phase two will complete in 2021.
Adam Lawrence, chief executive, London Square, said: “[We are] transforming a neglected office site into much-needed new homes, with flexible working space designed for entrepreneurs and start-ups to help boost the local economy and attract investment.”
