CBRE has appointed Josh Beer as its new head of EMEA for its workplace focused business, CBRE 360, as it looks to boost the division’s capability further.
Before joining CBRE 360, Beer was director of outsourcing solutions at The Instant Group, where he led the development and implementation of the company’s enterprise flex service proposition.
At CBRE 360 he will be responsible for investor and occupier clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
CBRE 360 was launched in January to create better working environments by integrating property services and amenities with advanced digital technologies, and Beer will also lead the deployment of this capability for CBRE’s clients.
