Adam Kerr to leave Legal & General

Legal and General Investment Management’s Adam Kerr is leaving the business.

He is the second senior fund manager to leave LGIM after the departure of Charlie Walker in May to launch his own business with Fidelity International’s Mike Morrison.

It is understood Kerr will look to set up his own company.

Kerr joined LGIM in 2011 as head of transactions after time at Stonehage Property Partners and Millwood Capital.

He was most recently head of annuity transactions, working on investment opportunities for the Annuity Fund and the LPI (Limited Price Inflation) Income Property Fund.

A Legal & General spokesperson said: “Adam has been an important part of the team driving the growth of the business and will work with Bill Hughes, head of real assets and the real assets team to manage a seamless transition and handover of his responsibilities over the next month.”
