Native appoints new BTR director

PRS operator Native has appointed Tracy Peacock as director of build-to-rent.

Peacock joins from Lennar Multifamily Communities and has more than 20 years’ experience in residential in the US.

Native has a portfolio of 1,500 flats in the UK.  Its key sites include the 533-flat Kampus scheme in Manchester, a 183-flat  project at Carolyn House in East Croydon, south London, and the 102-flat Dalston Works development, E8.

Native works with a range of investors including Dorrington, Aviva, LaSalle, CBREi, Woking Borough Council and Ares.
