Sony Pictures Entertainment has taken a prelet of 77,200 sq ft of office space at Derwent London’s Brunel Building in Paddington, W2.
It will take floors 10 to 13 and part of floor nine at the 17-storey building on a 15-year lease, with a break option at year 12.
The 243,000 sq ft scheme is due to complete in 2019.
Chief executive John Burns said: “We are seeing good interest in the remaining space and are attracting a number of other potential new occupiers to the area which will help its transformation into one of London’s most vibrant locations.”
