Lambert Smith Hampton has named Nick Mullins as its new executive director for business transactions.
Mullins, who is returning to LSH after two years at Property Alliance Group and Northern Soul Real Estate, will lead the firm’s transactional business in the UK regional markets.
His role will be sourcing and securing development and investment opportunities while also providing consultancy and funding advice. Mullins will be based in Manchester with a primary focus on the North of England.
Prior to LSH, Nick spent more than 15 years at CBRE as a senior director in its land and development team.
Ezra Nahome, chief executive of LSH, said: “We welcome Nick back into the LSH fold to lead our transactional charge in the North.”
