Leeds-based property consultancy Gent Visick is opening an office in London to be headed by industrial surveyor Ben Havery.
Havery spent 12 years at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield.
The niche industrial consultancy will taking space at Henry Wood House, W1.
Rupert Visick, managing director at Gent Visick, said: “Expanding into central London is a result of demand from clients who are impressed with our achievements for them across the North.
“Having a base in the capital demonstrates our intentions, as we look to replicate our success beyond our Yorkshire heartland.”
