A new High Speed Rail 2 station is critical in the regeneration of the area, with multiple sites coming forward for development.
X1 Developments is focused on Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds, and has opened offices in all three. Its developments include Manchester Media City, Manchester Waters and Salford Quays.
Once complete, X1 Lettings will market and manage the South Bank scheme and maintain the freehold, and each unit of the development will available for private sale.
X1 intends to sell units directly to owner-occupiers and investors.
Some 5% of the homes will be offered for affordable housing provision, in accordance with the planning policy for the area.
