Five years after Stanhope and Mitsui Fudosan submitted plans to redevelop BBC Television Centre, W12, phase one is being handed over to residents.
EG was given access to the redevelopment of the Grade II listed Helios building, which includes 432 flats and 400,000 sq ft of commercial space.
