Lendlease and Invesco Real Estate have secured vegan restaurant When Polly Met Fergie in what will be its UK debut site at Queensgate shopping centre in Peterborough.
The 1,500 sq ft café-style restaurant, set to open in mid-August on a 10-year lease in the Westgate Arcade, will offer plant-based cuisine with a focus on sustainable produce.
Guy Thomas, head of retail at Lendlease, said: “We are always keen to welcome local and independent businesses that complement Queensgate’s established retail line-up, and we look forward to welcoming our first ever dedicated vegan operator making its UK debut and extending our dining offer from morning through to the early evening.”

New store signings and upsizes at Queesngate during the past year include Joules, Smiggle, Pandora, New Look, Anne Summers, Yankee Candle and Sharps Bedrooms.
