Property valuation software provider Altus Group has bought Taliance Group for €20m (£17.7m).

Taliance is a provider of cloud-based alternative investment software used by firms worldwide. It allows them to model, forecast and run risk management processes in real time.

Robert Courteau, chief executive officer of Altus Group, said: “The acquisition of Taliance broadens our global asset and portfolio management offerings, while immediately increasing our market share in Europe.”

Based in Paris, Taliance also has offices in London and New York and a total team of 27 who will be integrated into Altus, along with founder Guillaume Fiastre.
