H&M group brand And Other Stories is to launch a 5,500 sq ft store at Liverpool One shopping centre.
The retailer has signed for a 10-year lease on the upper level of South John Street. The shop will launch in the autumn.
The new store will stock accessories, bags, jewellery, beauty products, shoes and ready-to-wear collections.
It will join fellow H&M Group brands Arket and COS at the shopping centre.
Alison Clegg, director of asset management at Grosvenor Europe, said: “Along with other recent additions and our existing offer, we have a line-up of premium aspirational brands that is unique outside central London.”
Cushman & Wakefield and Metis Real Estate Advisors acted for Liverpool ONE; And Other Stories was unrepresented.
