M7 Real Estate has appointed Philip Cridge as a director in its UK team.
Cridge will “contribute to the development of the business plan for M7’s UK portfolio and asset management strategy, including new business initiatives to enhance the value and sustainability of the portfolio”.
Cridge joins from InfraRed Capital Partners, where he was previously investment director and has worked for 10 years. He had sole responsibility for the investment and asset management of InfraRed’s pan-European industrial and logistics holdings, as well as select large office schemes.
The move follows M7 and Blackstone’s acquisition of a £320m portfolio of assets from Infrared in February.
John Murnaghan, M7’s head of UK and Ireland, said: “Philip joins us at a tremendously exciting time in M7‘s growth. He brings extensive experience in the field of value-add industrial and logistics investment. His asset management track record will enhance our existing platform and we very much look forward to working with him.”
