Nick Wright, digital, innovation, customer and proptech lead at KMPG UK, is joining CBRE as strategic business development and proptech consultant.
He will report to head of strategic consulting Amanda Clack and will be responsible for supporting CBRE’s strategic consultancy and wider advisory offer for clients in the private and public sector.
Clack said; “Nick has a strong track record of working with professional advisory teams and their real estate investor clients to develop growth strategies using proptech and valuable occupier and industry sector insights.
“As data and tech continues to drive our client’s business agendas, Nick is ideally positioned to work closely with Mike Gedye and our broader team of experts across CBRE to continue to build a world class integrated service proposition for our investor and occupier clients.”
