Plans in for Royal Liver renovation in Liverpool

Corestate Capital has submitted multiple planning applications for the second phase of the renovation of Liverpool’s Royal Liver Building.

The plans include a visitor attraction that will open the Grade I listed building to the public for the first time, alongside offices and leisure space designed to target smaller occupiers and SMEs.

Corestate was advised by CBRE’s Liverpool-based national building consultancy team alongside lead architects Corstophine + Wright.

Andrew Willoughby, director, property manager of the Royal Liver Building, said: “The key message that comes from the masterplan is that not only have we listened to the market, but more importantly our occupiers.”

CBRE is also advising on office agency, asset services and building consultancy.
